- Meet and exceed loan and insurance sales targets
- Recruit, retain, and manage off-roll sales team
- Monitor portfolio delinquency and product metrics
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
- Oversee hygiene management and PDD collection
- Track cases throughout sales funnel
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
- Graduates with relevant experience
