What you’ll do
- Meet and exceed business goals for loan and insurance products
- Manage and own all channel businesses and lead fulfillment
- Recruit, retain, and build productive off‑roll teams
- Maintain portfolio delinquency metrics
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Monitor conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics
- Engage effectively with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
- Oversee hygiene management and PDD collection
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
- Experience in insurance is a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Finnone
- Ability to recruit and manage off-roll employees
- Strong team handling and problem‑resolution skills
- Hands‑on data management and MS Office expertise
