- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop financial models for scenario planning
- Deliver financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence decisions
- Drive automation and best practices in FP&A processes
- Manage and mentor FP&A analysts
- Support consumer finance strategy and risk assessment
What you’ll bring
- CA or CFA
- 8-12 years progressive finance experience
- Experience in FMCG/CPG/Tobacco
- Advanced Excel, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau
- FP&A tools (SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Lean Six Sigma
- Automation and digital transformation exposure
Nice to have
- CA or CFA
