About the role
Global Managed Services Delivery at EY leads end‑to‑end delivery of Managed Services offerings, driving growth, transformation and continuous improvement across technology, process and people. The Delivery Lead oversees global engagements, manages cost baselines, coordinates service delivery centers and partners with senior client stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance. Pune, India, on‑site, hybrid model with travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Managed Services offering
- Develop and enforce global standard operating models
- Coordinate Service Delivery Centers and site leaders
- Manage cost baselines and deal support due diligence
- Drive capability building and ecosystem partnerships
- Oversee quality assurance, remediation and training initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with senior client and EY stakeholders globally
What you’ll bring
- MBA or Master's degree
- 12+ years Managed Services delivery
- Experience in Service Management, Tech Ops, Data Ops
- Lead global transformation programs
- Agile Scrum environment
- Proficient in risk, performance and cost‑benefit assessments
- Manage matrix teams across geographies
- Travel required
