About the role

Senior Manager Program Data Delivery leads the oversight of data delivery across multiple clinical studies, ensuring database readiness, data cleaning, reconciliation, and lock execution. The role builds and maintains a comprehensive program data delivery plan, standardizes practices for data management processes, and leads a team of Study Data Delivery Leads and Central Monitors. Responsibilities include reviewing program metrics, chairing issue reviews, coordinating resources and surge support, consolidating risk registers, and preparing status reports for governance. The manager mentors leads on planning, communication, and stakeholder management, driving continuous improvement and adoption of best practices. With a strong background in life sciences and data management, the candidate must have at least 2 years of people‑management experience and a proven track record in program‑level data oversight. This position is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires on‑site presence.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain program data delivery plan covering all studies
  • Standardize program practices for DMP, IDRP, query management, reconciliation, lock
  • Lead Study Data Delivery Leads and Central Monitors; review performance
  • Review program metrics and ensure action follow-through
  • Chair program-level issue reviews and coordinate cross-functional resolutions
  • Coordinate program resources and surge support to keep critical paths green
  • Consolidate program risk registers and track mitigation plans
  • Prepare program data delivery status for governance, highlighting risks and decisions
  • Mentor study-level leads on planning, communication, stakeholder management

What you’ll bring

  • Doctorate + 2 years life science/computer science/business admin experience
  • Master’s + 6 years life science/computer science/business admin experience
  • Bachelor’s + 8 years life science/computer science/business admin experience
  • Associate’s + 10 years life science/computer science/business admin experience
  • High school/GED + 12 years life science/computer science/business admin experience
  • Minimum 2 years managing people or leading teams/projects/programs

Nice to have

  • 7 years life sciences experience, 5 years managing biopharma clinical data
  • Experience across multiple geographies delivering global clinical trials
  • Experience with external vendors (CROs, labs, imaging vendors)
  • Experience with risk-based monitoring models or clinical site management
