Senior Manager, Project & Program Management

About the role

Program Management Office at Mondelez International leads the S4/o9 transformation for the AMEA region, delivering high‑impact SAP enterprise projects. The Senior Manager drives end‑to‑end delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk and change management, and mentors project teams across global workstreams. Based in Mumbai, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across regional and global teams.

What you’ll do

• Establish and run program management governance using MDS TGM methodology
• Develop and manage integrated master project plans in MS Project and JIRA
• Represent project performance in regional S4/o9 governance forums
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners for successful delivery
• Coach and mentor project managers to build organizational capability

What you’ll bring

• 15-20 years experience in digital and business transformation program and project management
• 5-8 years delivering SAP S/4 migration or planning tool implementations (IBP/o9/SAC)
• Leadership of project teams and stakeholder management across global workstreams

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field; Master's preferred; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
