About the role
Infineon Technologies R&D Project & Program Management team drives semiconductor innovations for green energy and IoT. The Senior Project Manager leads cross‑functional product developments, coordinates multi‑site projects, manages risks, change requests and FMEA tools, and ensures timely delivery within budget and scope. Hyderabad, India, on-site, full‑time role with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead cross‑functional product development teams
- Coordinate project activities and ensure schedule adherence
- Manage requirement changes, risks and use FMEA tools
- Maintain cooperation with internal customers and suppliers
- Align engineering, marketing and product management to meet requirements
- Escalate issues to management and drive resolution
What you’ll bring
- 10 years industry experience, preferably semiconductor
- Leadership of complex multi‑disciplinary, multi‑site projects
- Configuration Management and change request tracking tools
- Automotive development experience (preferred)
- Analog or Digital IC design experience (welcome)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in English, written and verbal
