About the role

R&D Program Management at Clearwater Analytics drives analytics and governance for complex product and engineering initiatives. The Senior Program Manager leads cross‑functional R&D programs, builds KPI dashboards, and delivers executive‑level insights to senior leadership. Noida, India, on‑site work model with occasional remote flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage R&D programs from planning through delivery
• Gather, maintain, and improve R&D analytics and KPI reporting
• Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and present executive‑level dashboards and status reports
• Define and implement program governance frameworks and intake processes
• Establish standardized operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate across R&D functions to remove roadblocks and ensure transparency
