What you’ll do
- Develop and execute program plans of record
- Track schedules, budgets, and risks across programs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain risk trackers and propose corrective actions
- Manage program team tasks and communications
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 4+ years program management experience in hardware
- Hands‑on experience in HW design, verification, or implementation
- Experience with RTL‑to‑GDSII flow
- Proficiency with program management tools (dashboards, Gantt charts)
Nice to have
- PMP certification preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years senior leadership interaction experience
- 2+ years matrixed organization experience
