About the role
Delivery team leading AI & Data engagements for Fortune 500/100 clients. Own end‑to‑end execution of large agentic AI or GenAI programs and parallel smaller engagements, driving governance, cadence, and quality. Based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, on‑site work model with occasional travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery rhythm: planning, sprint cadence, status reporting, risk management
- Lead and coach POD leads, Forward Deployed Engineers, and engineering teams
- Partner with AI Labs to move solutions from pilot to production
- Manage staffing, ramp‑up, and resource movement across engagements
- Serve as senior delivery point of contact for CIO, VP, and director‑level stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years total experience
- 5+ years delivery leadership in services/consulting
Nice to have
- Hands‑on agentic & GenAI delivery experience
- Familiarity with multi‑agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI & data stacks
- Delivered data platform foundations (lakehouse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Track record with Fortune 500/100 enterprise clients
