What you’ll do
- Raise, track and manage purchase orders
- Handle finance and commercial queries via ServiceNow, email, calls, Teams
- Perform financial reconciliations of invoices, accruals and expenses
- Manage vendor queries and invoice discrepancy follow‑ups
- Support limited accounts payable activities
- Log and document financial transactions in finance and CRM systems
- Prepare financial reports, trackers, dashboards for management review
- Coordinate with workplace, finance, procurement and cross‑functional teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
- Japanese JLPT N1 or N2
- 1-5 years finance operations experience
- Purchase order management experience
- Strong analytical and data accuracy skills
- Effective stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of finance domain
- Proficiency in MS Excel
