About the role

Accenture Workplace Solutions, Corporate Functions team drives integrated facility management across sites. The Workplace Service Delivery Specialist leads day‑to‑day operations, vendor performance, budget oversight, compliance and sustainability initiatives for Kolkata offices. Role involves managing engineering services, stakeholder engagement, crisis response and team development on‑site.

What you’ll do

• Plan and oversee daily workplace operations for assigned location
• Conduct service reviews and manage vendor performance using SLAs and KPIs
• Manage operating and capital budgets in coordination with finance
• Ensure statutory compliance and lead audit responses
• Oversee engineering infrastructure, OPEX/CAPEX and sustainability initiatives
• Engage stakeholders, present KPI metrics and drive client satisfaction
• Lead crisis management and business continuity efforts
• Develop and mentor internal and vendor teams

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years facility management experience
• Integrated Facility Management and Administration
• Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA preferred
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Power BI knowledge
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
