About the role

What you’ll do
- Establish and enforce PMO framework for standardized project delivery
- Map, critique, and streamline end‑to‑end fit‑out workflows
- Develop SOPs for MEP installation, quality, and safety
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and define operational KPIs
- Oversee multi‑site MEP fit‑out execution from design to handover
- Implement BIM/Revit coordination to resolve spatial clashes
- Run unannounced quality audits and lead commissioning activities
- Govern risk modeling, resource optimization, and contractor performance
What you’ll bring
- 12-15 years corporate interior fit‑out experience
- 5+ years managing distributed multi‑city project portfolios
- Proven lean construction and operational excellence expertise
- Deep knowledge of HVAC, smart lighting, server room requirements, safety codes
- Willingness to travel frequently across national/regional sites
