Associate/Sr. Associate- AR Caller

About the role

Compugroup Medical seeks an Associate/Sr. Associate AR Caller to manage accounts receivable for US healthcare providers. The role involves calling insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, prioritizing cases per predefined rules, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Candidates must investigate each case before contact, persuade payers for payment, and discuss non‑collectible claims with supervisors. Daily, weekly, and monthly target reviews are required. The position is on‑site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, with night shift availability. Minimum 6 months experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management, strong English communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, and analytical problem‑solving are essential.
