Associate / Sr Associate Follow-up – AR (RCM)

About the role

AR team at Neolytix handles end-to-end US insurance receivables for 270+ provider groups. Associates call US payers to resolve claim status, underpayments and denials, while Senior Associates manage complex denials, appeals and aged AR. Role is based onsite in Gurugram, working a fixed night shift aligned with US hours, with a focus on HIPAA‑compliant documentation and productivity targets.

What you’ll do

• Call US payers to obtain claim status and resolve underpayments
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs and identify denial reasons for corrective action
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Draft and track appeal letters for complex denials (Senior)
• Work aged AR (90+/120+) and provide root‑cause notes
• Support team lead with quality checks and coaching

What you’ll bring

• 1+ year US healthcare AR calling
• 3-4 years AR denials and appeals experience
• Knowledge of US revenue cycle and claim lifecycle
• Experience with Epic, AdvancedMD or Athena Health platforms
• Voice‑facing role with clear US English accent
