About the role

This role supports WNS's Voice team in Mumbai, focusing on AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring tasks. The Associate/Sr. Associate will handle a variety of compliance and financial research duties, ensuring accurate processing of CDD & EDD, fraud detection, and dispute resolution. Candidates must manage high-volume queues, meet quality and response time targets, and maintain customer satisfaction scores. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in banking and mortgage processes, and experience with trade finance, payments, and editorial services. Working in a 24/7 environment, the role demands flexibility for night and rotational shifts. The ideal candidate is a graduate or undergraduate with hands‑on experience in AML/KYC, fraud, and financial research, and is comfortable handling pressure while delivering consistent results.
