Associate / Sr Associate – AR (Rcm)

About the role

AR team at Neolytix handles end‑to‑end US insurance receivables for provider groups. Associates call US payers to resolve claim status, underpayments and denials, while Senior Associates manage complex denials, appeals and aged AR. Role is based onsite in Gurugram, India, working a fixed night shift aligned with US hours.

What you’ll do

• Call US payers on claim status, underpayments and non‑payment and document actions
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs, identify denial reasons and take corrective action
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets for claims worked and resolution rate
• Senior Associates handle complex denials, draft appeal letters and track appeal TAT
• Support quality initiatives by spot‑checking documentation and coaching new associates

What you’ll bring

• 1+ year US healthcare AR calling for Associate role
• 3–4 years US healthcare AR calling with denials for Senior role
• Knowledge of US revenue cycle, claim lifecycle, EOB/ERA reading, CARC/RARC codes
• Experience with Epic, AdvancedMD or Athena Health preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
