About the role

The Accounts Receivable Sr. Associate will manage AR follow‑ups, denial analysis, and claim collections within the US RCM process. Role involves daily communication with US insurers, resolving billing issues, and maintaining claim status in systems. Gurugram, India, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Perform AR follow‑ups with insurance companies
- Handle denial analysis and appeals
- Work on outstanding claims and collections
- Resolve billing discrepancies and rejections
- Maintain accurate claim status updates in systems
- Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks
What you’ll bring
- Graduate (mandatory)
- 2–4 years AR/US Healthcare RCM experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong understanding of insurance calling, denial management, claims lifecycle
- Basic MS Excel proficiency
