About the role
Finance & Accounting team at Lennox International ensures efficient order‑to‑cash execution and credit risk management. The Senior Analyst drives collections, resolves disputes and order holds, and coordinates cash application to maintain cash flow. Based in Chennai, India, on-site role with standard North American business hours.
What you’ll do
- Manage credit risk and recommend credit limits
- Oversee order holds, resolve disputes and deductions
- Conduct collection calls, follow‑ups and reduce DSO
- Coordinate cash application and reconcile payments
- Prepare AR aging analysis, dashboards and compliance reports
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Credit, Cash Applications and Finance teams
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years credit analysis, collections, order-to-cash experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving skills
