What you’ll do
- Own system‑driven vendor billing review process
- Analyze invoice data and reconcile charges with internal reports
- Identify data mismatches and raise tickets for resolution
- Collaborate with Product, Sourcing, Quality, and Ops teams
- Document and strengthen internal controls
- Support system enhancements with finance inputs
- Maintain audit readiness through reconciliations
- Explore automation opportunities for invoice validation
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3-4 years accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with BI tools
- Familiarity with workflow tools (Jira/Freshservice)
