About the role
MMA team at Marsh builds AI-enabled applications that drive business value and enhance client experience. As a Senior Manager you will design and scale multi‑agent AI systems, lead development of production‑grade Python services, and mentor teams on modern AI engineering practices. Pune, Mumbai, or Gurugram – hybrid model with at least three days onsite per week.
What you’ll do
- Lead design and delivery of AI‑enabled applications and multi‑agent architectures
- Mentor engineering teams on AI development standards and practices
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and privacy frameworks
- Integrate LLMs and vector databases into enterprise platforms
- Implement observability, evaluation, and optimization for AI systems
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Masters in Data Science
- 10+ years technology experience
