About the role

Kognitiv, a fast‑growing Workday partner, drives enterprise‑wide business application strategy and integration. The Senior Manager leads architecture and roadmap for systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot and others, while overseeing a distributed team of analysts and engineers. Works remotely across Ireland, Poland, Spain, Romania, and India, collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant solutions.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute scalable architecture for the business application stack
• Lead and develop a distributed team of analysts, administrators, and engineers
• Partner with executives to translate workflows into automated system configurations
• Manage software procurement, vendor negotiations, and license utilization
• Ensure compliance with security policies, IAM frameworks, and privacy regulations

What you’ll bring

• Advanced degree in IT, Business Systems or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership of technical or business application teams in a global enterprise
• Deep knowledge of cloud‑based business architectures
• Experience managing multi‑vendor software ecosystems and contracts
