What you’ll do
- Manage and support sales team deployment across region
- Achieve and exceed business goals and profitability targets
- Create compliant sales culture and drive acquisitions
- Negotiate with builders for cost-effective business deals
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales staff
- Conduct coaching, PMP, and development plan discussions
- Collaborate with Operations and Risk to optimize processes
- Oversee collections of acquired loan portfolio
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years sales experience in financial services
- Experience managing large sales channels
- Background in personal or business loans
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Analytical ability to drive profitability
- Self-starter with high motivation
- Proficiency in Excel
