About the role

Affordable Housing Division at Bajaj Finance focuses on creating tailored home loan products for diverse customer segments. The Regional Manager drives productivity, oversees training, launches new products, and designs sales contests to boost performance. Based in Bengaluru with an on‑site work model, the role collaborates across operations, risk, HR, and IT to optimize processes and achieve business targets.

What you’ll do

• Set and measure productivity benchmarks, identify lapses and implement improvement measures
• Manage training requirements, assess pre/post training scores and communicate effectiveness
• Develop and launch product mixes aligned with market and customer profiles
• Break down business numbers by channel and location, refine forecasting models and calculate incentives
• Design and launch channel-wise contests, evaluate impact and distribute awards
• Engage cross‑functional teams (Operations, Risk, HR, IT, etc.) to improve processes
• Manage data requirements, oversee CRM data efficiency and reporting

What you’ll bring

• 4 years of Home loans experience in Sales/Product/Marketing
• MBA or equivalent
• High technology + process orientation
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in FINNONE, Salesforce & Data Mart technology preferred
