Senior Manager, Transformation Coach

About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Accenture helps global clients drive large-scale change. The Senior Manager leads early-stage transformation programs, coaching C‑suite leaders, establishing governance, and embedding Agentic AI to accelerate value realization. Based in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad – on‑site role with occasional travel.

What you’ll do

• Orchestrate enterprise‑wide transformation change and embed governance structures
• Coach senior leaders and workstream heads on transformation management principles
• Set up and run Transformation Management and Value Realization Offices
• Develop transformation playbooks, toolkits, and SOPs
• Apply Agentic AI to automate tracking, risk identification, and value analysis

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years consulting experience
• 5+ years leading Transformation Management Office or Value Realization Office
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI in enterprise programs
• Proven track record coaching senior leaders on transformation governance
• Strong consulting foundation with C‑suite stakeholder engagement

Nice to have

• Master’s degree required, MBA preferred
• Deep expertise in transformation coaching and governance frameworks
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and value trees
• Facilitation skills in Design Thinking and Value Stream Mapping
• Industry exposure in Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Life Sciences
