About the role

The Unit Manager drives requirements capture, process design (BPMN), controls implementation, and reporting while coordinating multiple system dependencies. Based in Pune, India, this on‑site role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure solution stability and value realization.

What you’ll do

  • Capture detailed requirements and map current vs target process flows (BPMN)
  • Prepare BRDs, user stories, test scenarios and SOPs
  • Implement and validate control requirements including data masking and audit logs
  • Maintain delivery trackers, dashboards and risk registers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement retrospectives and knowledge sharing

What you’ll bring

  • Graduate (Engineering preferred)
  • Certifications in RPA tools
  • BPM/low‑code certification
  • SQL/APIs knowledge
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt

Nice to have

  • 6–10 years in process automation delivery/BA within BFSI
  • Hands‑on experience with ZBB, BPR/DPR, Draw.io and process mapping
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with data privacy and control requirements
