Manager Finance

About the role

The Manager Finance role leads end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, treasury, taxation, and costing, while partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning. This position oversees financial governance, cash flow optimization, and team development to drive operational efficiency in Hyderabad. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance within a hybrid or on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop long-term strategies for credit control and collections management
• Lead the budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and variance analysis
• Oversee treasury operations, bank reconciliations, and funding requirements
• Guide monthly/quarterly/annual costing processes and MIS reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and statutory audit finalization
• Define and implement credit policies and manage collection risks
• Supervise company secretarial compliances and enhance internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of related experience in managing finance function
• Chartered Accountant and/or Finance qualification
• MBA in Finance
