About the role
Legal Technology & Digital Transformation team at Bajaj Finance drives digital transformation across the legal function. The role leads end‑to‑end implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, adopts AI‑enabled legal tools, and builds litigation, notice, trademark and ERP workflows. Based in Pune, on‑site work model, with cross‑functional stakeholder partnership.
What you’ll do
- Lead implementation and rollout of CLM platforms
- Drive adoption of AI‑enabled legal tools for contract review, research and risk analysis
- Establish centralized litigation and notice management processes
- Manage trademark lifecycle and coordinate with IP attorneys
- Implement and optimize Legal ERP modules and workflows
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Procurement and Technology teams
- Ensure platform compliance with laws, policies and audit requirements
- Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and prepare BRDs/User Stories
