About the role
Supply Chain Finance team at Bajaj Finance drives end‑to‑end financing solutions for suppliers. The Senior Cluster Manager leads productivity analysis, training management, product development and business planning across channels, collaborating with Operations, Risk, HR, IT and other functions. Based in Pune, India, on‑site role with occasional travel to other locations.
What you’ll do
- Set and measure productivity benchmarks
- Identify gaps and implement improvement measures
- Assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness
- Define product mix benchmarks and launch new offerings
- Break down business numbers by channel and location
- Design and launch sales contests and calculate awards
- Coordinate with operations, risk, HR, IT and other teams
- Manage data requirements and CRM utilization
What you’ll bring
