About the role
Senior Lead Engineer – Digital Design with deep expertise in hardware architecture for AI inference. Leads design of SoC components, crafting RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog, and driving functional verification through testbench creation and assertion writing. Works closely with physical design teams to achieve synthesis, timing closure, and power targets. Collaborates with system engineers to model workloads, analyze performance bottlenecks, and validate AI inference use cases. Brings 5+ years of experience in SoC hardware design, strong knowledge of AI inference workloads, and a proven track record of delivering high‑performance, power‑efficient silicon.
What you’ll do
- Define and implement hardware architectures optimized for AI inference performance and efficiency.
- Develop and integrate RTL components for SoCs using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Create testbenches, write assertions, and perform simulation-based verification.
- Collaborate with physical design teams on synthesis, timing closure, and power optimization.
- Model workloads, analyze performance bottlenecks, validate AI inference use cases.
- Model performance and power for designs.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design for SoCs
