About the role
Building Engineering-ICT team at WeWork India ensures executional excellence in IT/AV and security projects across flexible workspaces. Leads planning, design, budgeting and on‑site coordination of network, AV, CCTV and access control implementations, managing vendors and delivering project status reports. Bengaluru, On-site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Confirm IT/AV & security requirements and ensure design standards
- Budget projects to latest building technology standards
- Design and oversee data cabling, IT‑Active, AV, voice, security systems
- Review vendor quotes and manage on‑site/remote vendor coordination
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs and snag lists
- Provide weekly status reports and support handover to IT‑Ops
What you’ll bring
- 5-9 years onsite project implementation
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills
- CCNA/CCNP network design knowledge
- Experience with AV equipment and design
- Strong project management and budgeting
