About the role

IT Department at Bajaj Finance Limited designs and delivers scalable, secure software solutions for the company's financial services. The Lead architects end‑to‑end systems, mentors development teams, and collaborates with product and business stakeholders to align technology with business goals. Based in Pune Corporate Office – Mantri, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and evolve technical architecture for new and existing solutions
• Establish coding standards, development methodologies and best practices
• Guide and review code with development teams to ensure quality
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation
• Evaluate and select tools, frameworks and cloud services
• Design for scalability, performance optimization and security compliance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for integration and deployment
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years of experience
• Graduate or post‑graduate in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proficiency in Android development with Kotlin and Java
• Proficiency in iOS development with Swift and Objective‑C
• Strong Angular expertise for PWA development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL and backend integration
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentorship
