About the role

IT Department at Bajaj Finance Limited designs, develops, configures and supports ServiceNow TPRM and GRM/GRC modules to ensure secure, scalable and compliant platform delivery. The Lead builds workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations and custom applications, collaborates with functional teams to translate user stories into technical designs, and provides UAT support, production issue analysis and release validation. Pune Corporate Office, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days as needed.

What you’ll do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow TPRM and GRM/GRC module features
• Build and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and notifications
• Create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, import sets and transform maps
• Translate user stories into technical designs, unit tests and deployment packages
• Support UAT, defect fixing, production issue analysis and post‑go‑live stabilization

What you’ll bring

• 7-9 years ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-GRC/IRM) preferred
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server
