The Senior Engineering Lead owns solution architecture for high‑performance data pipelines and microservices, drives modernization roadmaps, and leads GCP‑based delivery. Works in Pune, on‑site, collaborating with engineers on code reviews, performance tuning, and production incident resolution.

What you’ll do

• Own solution architecture for data pipelines and microservices
• Define and drive modernization roadmaps
• Establish engineering standards for APIs, testing, CI/CD
• Lead real‑time processing implementations with Apache Flink
• Partner with engineers in code reviews and incident resolution
• Build automation tooling leveraging Python
• Drive GCP delivery: Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, GKE
• Ensure operational excellence: monitoring, capacity planning, cost optimization

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years software engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on Java (8+) with Spring Boot
• Design and delivery of distributed, data‑intensive systems
• Cloud‑native solutions on GCP
• Microservices architecture and event‑driven integration
• Kubernetes (GKE) and CI/CD pipelines
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver
• Python scripting for automation
