What you’ll do
- Own technical assessment of prospective deals
- Coordinate deal documents and drawings with landlords
- Serve as SPOC for real estate due diligence
- Facilitate handover processes with project and operations teams
- Identify and resolve technical and execution risks
- Develop and improve standardized processes and governance
