Senior Real Estate Associate, Real Estate Transactions Lead, APAC and EMEA

About the role

Real Estate Transactions Team at SanDisk drives the APAC and EMEA portfolio strategy, executing lease renewals, relocations, expansions, acquisitions and site exits. The Senior Real Estate Associate leads end‑to‑end transaction management, conducts financial analysis, builds business cases and coordinates with legal, finance, brokers and landlords. Based in Bangalore, on‑site role with hybrid stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute real estate transactions across APAC and EMEA
• Develop business cases and financial analyses for portfolio decisions
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external brokers to achieve transaction objectives
• Maintain transaction trackers, lease documentation and governance compliance
• Prepare executive presentations and portfolio updates

What you’ll bring

• 10-12 years corporate real estate transaction management
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field
• Experience leading complex transactions across multiple countries
• Strong financial analysis and lease evaluation skills
• Proven stakeholder negotiation and communication abilities
• Managed portfolio planning and optimization initiatives
• Collaborated with legal, finance, procurement and external service providers
• Multi‑project management across geographies
