What you’ll do
- Drive NHQ goals for all core projects in the region
- Monitor daily and weekly achievement metrics
- Ensure NHQ targets are met by all states in the region
- Support states in internal and cross‑functional issue resolution
- Ensure NHQ processes are followed by state teams
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years post qualification experience in Telecom or Real Estate
- MBA preferred
