Director, Real Estate Services

About the role

Real Estate Services team at Mastercard drives strategic real estate transactions, facilities management, capital projects and lease administration across the Pacific Region. The Director leads portfolio optimization, space planning and capital fit‑out projects, partners with M&A teams, and represents global supply chain leadership in regional meetings. Gurgaon, India, on‑site with 20% travel across the portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute real estate leasing and disposition strategies
• Lead capital project management and refurbishment initiatives
• Standardize workplace policies and processes across locations
• Collaborate with M&A teams during regional integrations
• Represent global supply chain in leadership forums
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Oversee capacity and space planning to meet business needs
• Coordinate with global service providers and mentor on‑ground teams

Nice to have

• 10+ years leading real estate services in India
• Expertise in capacity planning, facilities and project management
• Experience with lease acquisition, disposition and administration
• Proven stakeholder communication with executive leadership
• Professional accreditations (LEED, IFMA, RICS) preferred
• Ability to manage multi‑regional portfolios and drive cost savings
• Travel across India portfolio (20% required)
