About the role

Global Development Digital & Technology organization at Regeneron. Leads and scales technology capabilities for drug development, delivering AI and digital solutions across Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs and Safety. Oversees end‑to‑end architecture, data, and AI delivery while ensuring GxP compliance and validation. Hyderabad, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Build and expand Global Development technology capabilities and teams
• Partner with senior leaders to define digital strategies that accelerate drug development
• Lead delivery of architecture, data, and AI solutions across Agile and traditional models
• Drive operational excellence through governance, metrics and continuous improvement
• Establish inspection‑ready validation programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote adoption of AI and Generative AI solutions in regulated environments
• Advise senior collaborators on translating scientific challenges into scalable technology
• Communicate with executive leadership and cross‑functional global teams

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Significant leadership experience in pharma/biotech
• Deep knowledge of drug development functions
• Experience leading large‑scale technology organizations
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance and AI solutions
