Global Product Integration team at Coca‑Cola drives end‑to‑end integration strategy and execution across the enterprise, ensuring scalable, secure digital solutions that accelerate business value. The Senior Director leads integration planning, governance, and cross‑functional delivery, partners with product owners, architecture, and bottlers, and drives adoption of integration standards and AI‑enabled automation. Gurugram, India, on‑site, 3‑5 days a week, relocation not provided.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute global integration strategy across business units and bottlers
• Lead governance, risk, and dependency management for integration initiatives
• Partner with architecture and product teams to design scalable integration solutions
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, testing, cutover, and stabilization activities
• Drive adoption of integration standards, APIs, and best practices
• Manage integration backlogs, release coordination, and delivery readiness
• Engage stakeholders through governance forums, training, and support models
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI‑enabled automation to improve delivery

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years enterprise integration leadership
• Experience with APIs, middleware, cloud integration platforms
• Proven track record managing global, multi‑geography programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Agile program delivery and dependency management
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled automation and modern integration tools
• Experience in consumer products or supply chain domains
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 tools
