About the role
Analytics & Insights team at S&P Global Market Intelligence drives enterprise-wide analytics, performance reporting and AI‑enabled insights. The Director leads strategy, advanced analytics and data governance, mentors senior analysts and partners with global senior leaders to deliver predictive models and scalable cloud data pipelines. What you’ll do
- Define and lead analytics strategy aligned with enterprise priorities
- Design and deploy predictive modeling and machine learning solutions
- Champion adoption of next‑generation analytics techniques such as Gen AI
- Oversee scalable data pipelines on modern cloud platforms
- Partner with senior leaders to translate analytics into actionable business insights
- Establish data governance, quality and compliance standards
- Lead and develop high‑performing analytics team
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years experience in analytics, data science or BI
- Proven leadership of analytics teams delivering business impact
- Expertise in ML, predictive modeling and forecasting
- Experience designing scalable data solutions on cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and BI tools
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership in a global matrixed organization
- Excellent communication translating complex data into business insights
