About the role

Creative Services at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) builds high‑impact, on‑brand creative solutions for EY teams. The Senior Art Director leads creative vision, coaches the design team, and delivers collaterals across print, digital, motion and social channels. Kochi, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Define creative and visual direction for multi‑format collaterals
• Lead brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and content teams
• Coach and train design team to elevate brand‑building capabilities
• Produce concepts, storyboards, prototypes through post‑production
• Ensure adherence to EY brand guidelines and quality standards
• Manage deadlines, budgets and resource allocation
• Stay current on visual trends and advocate best practices
• Collaborate with global clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 12+ years creative agency or in‑house brand experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe DC
• Leadership of creative teams and mentorship
• Strong visual design, storytelling and data visualization skills
• Project and risk management across multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with digital, social and integrated media
• Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest)
