About the role

Creative Services at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) builds high‑impact, on‑brand creative solutions for global clients. As a Senior Art Director you will lead creative vision, coach the design team, and deliver multi‑channel collaterals from concept through production while ensuring brand consistency. Based in Kochi, on‑site role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across EY to shape compelling visual experiences.

What you’ll do

• Lead creative and visual direction for collaterals
• Coach and develop design team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define briefs
• Ensure brand guidelines are met across all outputs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 12+ years of creative leadership experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe DC
• Strong visual design and brand strategy skills
• Experience managing global B2B campaigns
