About the role

Based in Dindigul with an on‑site work model, the role focuses on sales targets, data management, and hygiene monitoring for car refinance.
What you’ll do
- Meet and exceed business goals for loan and insurance products
- Recruit, retain, and manage off‑roll employee team
- Maintain portfolio delinquency within targets
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Monitor conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics
- Engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
- Manage hygiene and PDD collection for car refinance
- Track cases throughout the sales process
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
- Graduate degree
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Finnone
- Experience in insurance is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management
