Global Product Manager

About the role

Philips, a health technology company dedicated to improving global healthcare access, seeks a Global Product Manager in Pune. This role drives product strategy, develops business cases, and manages the full lifecycle from concept to launch while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires working in-person at least three days per week.

What you’ll do

• Develop value propositions and business cases to justify investments and align with strategic objectives
• Create comprehensive product specifications aligned with portfolio marketing strategies and customer needs
• Own execution of claims roadmap by prioritizing validated claims based on market trends and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide channel strategies and develop go-to-market plans
• Evaluate market performance using analytics and insights to make data-driven strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept through launch ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance product credibility and market influence

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's in Product Management, Project Management, Marketing or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience
• Master's Degree with no prior experience required
