About the role
PipeCare Group’s Global Production Manager leads the worldwide production network, driving automation, process excellence, and safety across all facilities. The role designs and implements standardized production processes, integrates robotics, AI, and IoT to boost efficiency, and mentors engineering teams worldwide. Based in Noida, India, the position is on‑site with international travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Oversee global production operations
- Standardize processes, KPIs, and reporting
- Align schedules with demand forecasts
- Identify and implement automation solutions
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Lead continuous improvement programs
- Develop and mentor production teams
- Prepare strategic reports for senior management
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 8–10 years production management experience
- 3+ years in global/automated production
- Automation technologies expertise (robotics, AI, IoT)
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Leadership and project management skills
- Budget preparation and cost control
- International travel availability
