About the role

Associate – CPS at Apollo Global Management supports global client & product solutions, focusing on data analytics, business intelligence, and product ownership within private markets. Responsibilities include building data intelligence solutions, applying AI/ML, managing product lifecycle, and driving analytics projects to inform investment decisions.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain data analytics & intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with tech teams as product owners to design data excellence.
• Create data quality tools, on-demand data, executive dashboards.
• Apply AI, ML, LLMs for advanced analytics and automation.
• Initiate and drive process, tech, data improvement projects.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, insights for decisions.
• Prioritize and report on analytics backlog progress.
• Own product lifecycle for enablement and intelligence features.
• Communicate product vision, KPIs, reporting strategy to stakeholders.
• Manage program and change for new product releases.
• Translate business requirements into user stories for sprints.
• Support product lifecycle, handle user queries.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree, excellent record, 3‑5 yrs related experience.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills managing multiple projects.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; fluent in English.
• Flexible with working hours and time zones.
• Knowledge of private equity, credit, real assets preferred.
• Prior experience in Distribution Enablement, Intelligence, Product Owner or Analytics.
• Advanced skills in Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx, Seismic, Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of data science, AI, ML, LLMs concepts.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Passion for training and career development; thrives in fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic, willingness to learn, results‑oriented, accountable.
