Leads and mentors product managers, drives the Advanced Ads platform strategy, and champions outcome‑driven product operating models across a fully remote, globally distributed team. Remote, India, full‑time, with flexible global schedules and relocation support if needed.

What you’ll do

• Mentor and coach product managers to elevate product craft
• Define and execute vision for Advanced Ads platform
• Lead continuous discovery and prioritize roadmap based on ROI
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth teams for successful launches
• Implement modern product operating model principles and Kaizen processes
• Monitor product health metrics and drive data‑informed pivots

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years product management experience
• 3+ years leading or mentoring product managers
• Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem experience
• Proven track record with modern product operating models
• Data‑driven decision making and outcome focus
