About the role
Payments Group at Adyen drives the global payment engine. The Group Product Manager defines and executes product strategy for India, shaping the payment suite across cards, UPI and digital wallets while engaging regulators and C‑level merchants. Leads a team of product managers, partners with engineering, data science and commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions. Based in Bengaluru, office‑first environment, on‑site collaboration required.
What you’ll do
- Define India product vision and roadmap
- Own end‑to‑end product suite and market fit
- Collaborate with engineering on feature rollout and scalability
- Partner with GTM and commercial teams on merchant experience
- Engage regulators and industry bodies
- Build and lead product manager team
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across engineering, data science and analytics
- Quantify business impact and ROI of localized offerings
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years product management experience
- 5+ years managing product teams
- Deep knowledge of Indian payments ecosystem
- Proven track record delivering high‑scale products
- Data‑driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Experience with fintech regulations
