Product Team at Lokal drives a house‑of‑apps model that connects Tier‑2/3 India to knowledge, opportunities and tools. The Group Product Manager leads a squad of PMs to own strategy, roadmap and execution for micro‑transaction verticals, shaping growth, monetization and user retention. Based in HSR Layout, Karnataka, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility.

What you’ll do

Define 12‑18 month vision and roadmap for product verticals
Mentor and grow a team of product managers and analysts
Drive growth loops, pricing, micro‑transactions and gamification
Partner with design, engineering, research, analytics and marketing
Integrate AI‑driven personalization and local‑language workflows

What you’ll bring

6-10 years product management in high‑growth consumer tech
2+ years managing product managers
Mathematical and analytical problem solving
Experience with marketplace or digital content platforms
Deep understanding of Tier‑2/3 Indian user behavior
